I give 2 stars because the trees we got are wonderful specimens that appear very healthy. Ron came out, gave us a bid for trees and trimming and it was all supposed to happen within days. He even called the city and helped get the trees approved. I paid him - I know, big mistake. Based on all the 5 star reviews, I didn't give it a second thought. The first trees were delivered and went in fast. The tree trimmers were promised multiple multiple times and never showed. After some back and forth that felt a little like run around, the crepe myrtle went in and I am told it is purple, not watermelon as ordered and delayed because the watermelon wasn't in stock. Whatever, at this point I just want to be done. It's a nice tree and will still be a pop of color when it blooms. Just not exactly what I had hoped for. Tree trimmers don't show up. Again. So I just want a refund. "I will drop by cash" turns into "the check was mailed" so almost 2 weeks later it turns into "I am on an install and will call you later", which - surprise surprise - didn't happen. Reminder to NEVER pay even those who are reputable in advance. I may have to go to small claims to get our money back for t

My sister has gotten plants from here and always raves about the service! Recently, Ron came out to the house to assess many plants that had gotten damage from the freeze. It was such a comfort to have his knowledge and expert advice to try and save them. We couldn’t be more grateful!

We have stopped by multiple times, and the staff is great. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We also had about 50 plants (privacy hedges) installed, and couldn’t have asked for better service. Fast, informative, and everything looks amazing! Highly recommend, and I keep bugging the owner for all my plant/tree needs. Go support local businesses!

I love the quality and variety of the plants. Well worth the drive to their location on West highway 40. I really like working with the owner who is very helpful and knowledgeable.
